Soft and Tasty Puffpuff

Ingredients
300g Plain Flour
150g Sugar
2 Sachet fast acting dry yeast
2 cups of warm water
1Tbs powdered milk optional
Pinch of nutmeg optional
Vanilla extract optional
Vegetable oil for frying
Method
Preheat oven to 65 degrees.
Add flour, sugar, yeast, nutmeg and milk into bowl.
Add warm water and vanilla extract.
Mix batter until smooth.
Cover with a damp tea towel.
Place in the oven for 15 to 20mins.
Heat up vegetable oil.
Fry on medium heat. Do not over crowd the pot.
Serve and enjoy.

*Allow batter to rise @65oC
