Tilapia fish cleaned and pat dry
2 Medium Sized Red Bell Peppers
1 knorr Chicken
2 Scotch bonnet (optional)
Clean and pat dry fish.
Roughly blend red bell peppers, onions and scotch bonnet. Remove excess water using a sieve.
Fry fish on both sides for 5 to 7 minutes.
Fry pepper sauce for 4 to 6 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Serve and Enjoy.
Do not fry fish for long period as it would dry out.
Stir pepper sauce occasionally.
