Oil-less Okro with basil

Mint and Suya Lamb Chops


6 Lamb chops

2 mint leaves chopped

2Tbsp Suya spice

1tsp olive oil

Salt to taste


Mix all ingredients except lamb chops

Rub marinade on lamb chops. Allow to sit for 30mins.

Heat pan with little oil on high heat.

Sear lamb chops for 2 minutes. This builds flavour and creates a lovely brown colour on meat.

Transfer to grill. Grill for 4 to 8 minutes depending on how you like your meat.

Serve and enjoy
